I have to ask this question, I mean really are we as American people black/white or whatever color you define yourself as, are we being punked. What the hell is John McCain thinking of choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate. I’m beginning to think this election is like a Chris Rock/Bernie Mac movie. If you’ve seen Head of State then you know what I’m talking about. This movie is basically about a black man running for president and the opposing candidate who of course is white is really doing nothing to run his campaign except act stupid. The reason the opposing candidate acted this way was he was white and thought who is ever going to vote for a Black president. I swear McCain and crew are thinking the same thing. Just look at the facts.
1. He chooses a female VP candidate. I’m sure this is to attract Hilary’s voters. Do they think Hillary’s voters are that stupid. Hillary is a definition of a strong intelligent woman, therefore I’m guessing her constituents to be kind of in the same game.
2. The 4th month old baby with down syndrome – Shouldn’t Sarah be concerned with caring for this child. Oh but wait maybe she has a Nanny and Nurse who can care for the baby. I have to ask who’s the elitist now???
3. Save the best for last – The 17 year old pregnant daughter. What the hell??? This isn’t Juno, girlfriend ain’t sitting around playing her guitar singing some sappy song. Hell no this is real life. The Republican party is toting this 17 year old around as if she’s the Virgin Mary. I hate to disappoint you but the next Jesus is not in her belly. As I recall the Republican party personifies themselves as the party of morality. Um, there’s a gap here, I believe pre-marital sex somehow defies morality. Also I have to say when the hell has it become OK to be 17 and pregnant. As I recall the media jumped all over Jamie Lynn Spears; at least she has a job. And let’s not talk about the coalitions and programs to stop teenage pregnancy in the black and latino communities. But because her Momma is running for Vice President it’s OK!
I swear people we are being punk’d. I’m waiting for Ashton Kutchner to show up at the RNC and be like America you’ve been punk’d. Maybe McCain is trying to show his fun side and attract the MTV audience. I don’t know, but whatever it is this is definitely the most ridiculous, double talk, hypocritical, MOST full of shit thing I have ever heard! And this may be our next President and Vice President. People wake up you think this country was run on stupid for 8 years, just imagine what another 4 years of idiot can bring..
